Senior Safeguarding Investigator

As the Senior Safeguarding Investigator, you will be critical to the success of the newly established YMCA Centralised Child Safety Unit. As a committed and highly skilled leader, you will: - Provide expertise regarding schemes, legislation and YMCA roles and responsibilities - Work within a team to deliver our national child safety strategy and Child Safe standards, in particular the implementation and management of the reportable conduct scheme - Lead national continuous improvements in reporting and workplace investigations - Use evidence and analytical skills to enhance child safety performance
$90k plus super (pro-rata)

Skills and Experience: With a Certificate 4 in Government Investigations or similar qualification you will have proven experience in a related role.
