Safeguarding Learning and Development Coordinator
At a critical time in Australia’s history, we are seeking to build a world class team that will deliver tangible safety and well-being benefits to our children and young people, their families and all YMCA Associations across Australia.
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be critical to the success of the newly established YMCA Centralised Child Safety Unit. As a committed and highly skilled leader, you will: - lead practice and contemporary research in regard to adult education - work within a team to deliver our national child safety strategy and Child Safe standards, with a focus on training and induction - Use evidence to inform learning and development opportunities and plans, including online learning and ‘train the trainer’ models - Be a key liaison with partner training authorities, stakeholders, YMCA RTOs, building relationships across the sector

With a tertiary degree in Human Resources, Training and Assessment or related field you will have proven experience in a related role.
