The Y stands for young people

Tomorrow (Friday 15th March) thousands of Australian students will join a global strike to demand stronger action on climate change.

Students in around 100 countries are expected to be part of what may be one of the biggest environmental protests in history.

The Y stands for young people, and believes in their right to be heard on issues that affect them.  We believe that when young people are inspired, they’re powerful.  And that young people always have, and always will, change the world for the better.
