New User Request

All employees should have a username to access our business systems. If you don’t have a YMCA account yet please request your manager to complete the New User Request Form.

Email Account Only

If you require a new YMCA email address please send all of your requests through to​ helpdesk@ymca.org.au.

Issues with Website

If you notice any issues with the website, send an email to ymca.support@sope.com.au.

Password Reset

You can reset your own password online by using Password Reset​.

Your username is​ in the format of ymca\firstname.lastname, if you require further assistance with usernames please contact ymca.support@sope.com.au.
