Our Board

Paul Keith joined the Y in August 2019 as Governance Manager and in October 2021 was appointed Y Australia’s Company Secretary and Executive Manager, Governance.

Prior to joining the Y, Paul worked as an In-house Lawyer and Company Secretary; having worked at a number of large national corporate entities focusing on property law matters and corporate governance compliance.  Paul has a Law and Commerce degree from Melbourne University, Grad Dip in Company Secretarial Practice and is currently undertaking the AICD Company Directors’ Course.
