At the Y, we are a major employer of young people across multiple industries including recreation, early learning, outside school hours care, youth services and disability services.  We also provide many online youth programs and activities, and real spaces and centres where young people can hang out, belong and learn.

We believe in the power of inspired young people. It drives all we do. To us, when a young person is inspired, they’re not only powerful – they thrive. Yet we also know this doesn’t just happen.
