All employees should have a username to access our business systems. If you don't have a YMCA account yet please request your manager to complete the New User Request Form.
Email Account Only
If you require a new YMCA email address please send all of your requests through to helpdesk@ymca.org.au.
Issues with Website
If you notice any issues with the website, send an email to ymca.support@sope.com.au.
Password Reset
You can reset your own password online by using Password Reset.
Your username is in the format of ymca\firstname.lastname, if you require further assistance with usernames please contact ymca.support@sope.com.au.
