The Y Australia is proud to release its inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan, cementing our commitment to working hand in hand with First Peoples as we Reflect on our progress toward Reconciliation and self- determination.
With this Reconciliation Action Plan, Y Australia will:
This follows the formal endorsement of the Y’s Plan by Reconciliation Australia, whose work has enabled organisations to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance Reconciliation.
The Y Australia is proud to have commissioned work for the RAP from Rubii Red, a proud Lama Lama artist, activist and Twitch streamer who uses her work to share her culture.
This piece of work forms part of our Global Movement’s work to Vision 2030. In building a better world for and with young people, through our strategic pillars: A Just World, Sustainable Planet, Meaningful Work and Community Wellbeing, we will build a stronger, better partnership with First Peoples.
