Our Governance

Tom Stephenson has been a Director of Y Australia since May 2017 and is Chair of YMCA Australia’s Risk & Finance Committee. Tom has also been involved with Y Queensland since 2007, having being a volunteer and is also a Board Member.

Tom works for KPMG Australia in their Deal Advisory and Infrastructure Division, specialising in assurance and commercial advice for large scale infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Aust & NZ.

He was also a keynote speaker at the YMCA-175 global gathering in London, celebrating our 175th birthday with around 6,000 young people, in August 2019.
