Our Governance

Brandon has been a long-term supporter of the Y and provided external advice and support at a governance level prior to joining the Board at YMCA Geelong from 2020-2022 and has returned to Board in 2024.

Brandon has over 25 year’s commercial experience with the last 15 years in senior Health & Community management roles with strong health industry links & past President of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Throughout his professional career he has experience in managing complex, diverse and challenging industries, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to think strategically and not afraid to question the status quo.

Brandon‘s strong drive and focus on adding value, with experience in driving cultural change, coupled with being community oriented and having a passion for active community involvement, has been an asset to the YMCA Geelong Board.

Brandon is currently the Director of Child, Youth & Family (West Victoria) for Mackillop Family Services.  Prior to this, he served as CEO of Anglicare NSW West & ACT in 2023 and spent several years as Chief Financial Officer & Executive General Manager Community and Pathways for genU.
