Our Governance

Laurice is Managing Director, Ripple Affect Institute, her own consultancy which is focused on driving corporate cultural change by incorporating positive psychology and wellbeing.

Laurice has 15 years of non-executive director experience, with a focus / strong knowledge of risk, governance, culture and strategy.

Laurice previously served on the boards of the Y Victoria, National Association of Women in Construction, the Yarra Valley Grammar School and Victorian Ministerial Council for Small Business. Laurice has extensive project management experience, particularly in the engineering and construction sector. Laurice is a Graduate Member Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management. Laurice holds a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management, Colorado State University.
