Tenants for these affordable housing villages will be selected from Department of Housing waiting lists and will be those of highest need.

YMCA Hostel – located in the Darwin CBD district, offering short to long term accommodation for disadvantaged people over 18. The Hostel is a multi-story accommodation block which has shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities.
